All you need is your smartphone and about 10 minutes.

Grab the free Talentcube app from the app Store or the Google Play Store and create your own personal page with 3 individual videos in which you convince with your personality.

How it works:

1. Open the app and click on “Create application homepage” .
2. Now click on Create application homepage and off you go
3. Choose up to 3 questions from the areas of personality, motivation and qualifications that you would like to answer using the video function of your smartphone.

Score with personality

For your personality you can, for example, ask “Why are you the right candidate for this job?” or “How to organize your work?” answer via video message. In the Motivation area you can find e.g. For example, you can choose from questions such as “Why are you applying for this job?” Or “What motivates you to go to work every day?”. You can highlight your qualifications for the job by saying “What you have already achieved that you are particularly proud of”.

Decide for yourself which questions you would like to answer on your application website. Click on the respective question in the app and activate the recording by clicking on the start button. If you are not immediately enthusiastic about the recording, you can of course record it again. Now click on next and decide whether you want to integrate your CV into the application homepage or just use your videos.

All this is possible in the app. You can maintain your résumé in the app, add a stored résumé and also attach external documents such as your degree certificate. Now you’re almost there! You now have the option to customize your application homepage for your dream company. Simply enter the name of your desired company and the job title in the app.
